What are the benefits of Online Personal Training?
Our online coaching gives you access to our experienced coaching team, and the benefits of our Results Based Fitness progressive programming system, that we have developed here at W10 Performance gym in Ladbroke Grove, London.
The level of programming and coaching support mirrors what you would receive as a personal training member of our gym, and is ideal for those who want guidance, but where geographical location is an issue.
Who is Online Personal Training for?
Online coaching is for those who are self-motivated, know their way around the gym and are committed to providing us on-going feedback, so that we are able to tweak, improve and accelerate results, but who cannot make it to our W10 gym.
Cards on the table though, this is NOT the same as training with us in person, as we cannot replicate the benefits of face-to-face coaching at our W10 Performance gym. We will support you every step of the way, with both training and nutrition, but the onus is more on you with distance coaching.
What about nutrition?
Nutritional support is included in both tiers of our Online Personal Training programme. We will meet you where you are at and progress you at a rate, and to a point, that is right for you.
For some this means being very specific and following a bespoke macronutrient framework, whilst for others, we will start with more general guidelines that will provide us with a solid foundation to build upon.

We also give you access to a comprehensive video library that ensures correct technique, including our warm-up routines and mobility tips, ensuring that exercises are performed correctly – a game changer for those who want to get the most from their training.
Our tier 2 Online PT Unlimited option takes distance coaching to the next level, offering in-person evaluations and monthly reviews, face-to-face exercise coaching and technique sessions, and accurate monthly scientific body composition testing.
