Some days we all open your eyes and think “Can I be bothered?” you roll out of bed, you get ready and you’re off to work. You show up, it may not be your best day but you are there, you do what needs to be done.
When you consistently show up, you get paid right?
The same principle applies to training. Let’s say you plan to workout 3 times a week, that’s usually around 12 sessions a month. If you were to miss just one of these sessions a week that would be 25% of your workouts missed, over the course of 12 months that’s a lot of missed workouts.
Here at W10 we understand life can sometimes get in the way and things can crop up, but if you missed 25% of working days a month I think you would have a hard time holding down your job.
Some days you do not feel like training, which is normal but in our experience we have found we never regret a training session when it’s finished. It always leaves you feeling good.
Making training an important part of your lifestyle and consistently showing up will have a positive effect on you. Like work, you get paid – you will be rewarded physically and emotionally.
Showing up is one thing, but you still have to be prepared to do the hard work. The combination of these two is a recipe for success, add to this a well-structured training program and you will be on the right path to achieving your goals.
Show up, work hard and enjoy the journey.
