2 free range eggs
1/2-1 scoop whey protein powder
1 small or ½ large banana
50-100ml of almond/coconut or regular milk
½ tsp baking powder (opt)
1 tsp Flaxseeds/Flaxmeal
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp Coconut oil or grass fed butter
In a mixing bowl beat the eggs
Add in the protein powder and optional baking powder
Add chia and flaxseeds and whisk again
In a blender, blend the milk and banana
Pour blended banana into batter. Just enough to make it more of a liquid consistency.
Heat the coconut oil or butter in a small frying pan over low-medium heat.
Pour the batter into the pan and let it cook for a few mins, once it seems done enough to move without breaking apart, use a spatula and flip it over to cook the other side.
Serve with organic apple sauce or fresh berries, or chopped banana etc.
